Step 2 Release the 4 splines by pulling outward. Then lift the old cassette out of the post. Step 3 Fit the new cassette into the post,  aligning the 4 splines to the slots.

Step 4 Press the cassette fully into post and tighten the four screws. 

Cassette is now ready to use.
