Alternatively, you can determine whether the installation plate can be fastened to the lower structure of the subceiling (squared beam, girder) which is capable of bearing more weight, use wood screws. 1Fasten the installation plate (L) to the ceiling with 2 screws and, using the pegs if necessary.
