Now speak into the microphone while gradually turning up the Mic 1 knob (gain) until you see the peak light next to Mic 1 flash occasionally. Now check the meter on the front of the Omega to make sure you are not clipping. Click on the INPUT MONITORING button on the track you are recording to. You will now be able to hear your input. Now you can try assigning an effect on the input. [. . . ]
