Follow these instructions carefully to minimise the risk of expensive water damage. CAUTION The water line must be connected to the cold water pipe. If it is connected to the hot water pipe, it may cause the purifier to malfunction. Set the temperature control to the coldest temperature and wait for an hour. The freezer should get slightly chilled and the motor should run smoothly. After powering the refrigerator, it will take a few hours to reach the appropriate temperature.
