P ow der G asoline Air Filters The air filters behind the front panel / grill should be checked and cleaned once in every 2 weeks or more often if necessary. To remove the filters see the self explanatory diagrams for each model type. Clean the filters with a vacuum cleaner or warm soapy water. If dirt is not easily removed, wash with a solution of detergent in luke warm water. Dry well in shade after washing and reinstall the filters back in place. Plasma Filters The plasma filters behind the air filter should be checked and cleaned once in every 3 months or more often if necessary. [. . . ] Check that the ground wire is connected correctly. It may be connected to the indoor unit side. Operation Tips Do not overcool the room. Do not let direct sunshine enter the room when the air conditioner is in operation. Adjust the vertical and horizontal airflow direction to ensure a uniform temperature in the room. This is not good for the health and wastes electricity.
