Resolution Setting The unit provides several output resolutions for HDMI OUT and COMPONENT VIDEO OUT jacks. You can change the resolution using [SETUP] menu. y Depending on your TV, some of the resolution settings may result in the picture disappearing or an abnormal picture appearing. In this case, set the [Resolution] option to suitable one on the setup menu. y Changing the resolution when the unit is connected with HDMI connector may result in malfunctions. To solve the problem, turn off the unit and then turn it on again. Coaxial Cable Amplifier/ Receiver 11 Connecting COAXIAL (digital audio) cable Connect the COAXIAL (digital audio out) on the unit to Digital Audio IN (COAXIAL) on amplifier with COAXIAL cable. 2 Connecting Rear of the Unit y If your TV is not capable of handling 96 kHz sampling frequency, set the [Sample Freq. ] option to [48 KHz] on the setup menu (See page 12). y If your TV is not equipped with Dolby Digital and MPEG decoder, set the [Dolby Digital] and [MPEG] options to [PCM] on the setup menu (See page 12). Connecting HDMI cable Connect the HDMI OUT on the unit to the HDMI IN on amplifier with HDMI cable. Connect the HDMI OUT jack on amplifier to HDMI IN jack on TV with HDMI cable, if the amplifier has HDMI OUT jack.
