1. Choose medium sized potatoes 180 -220 g. Pierce potatoes several times with a fork. After cooking, cover the potatoes with aluminium foil and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Place vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the amount of water according to the quantity. - 0. 2 kg - 0. 4 kg : 2 tablespoons of water - 0. 5 kg - 0. 8 kg : 4 tablespoons of water 3. Place vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the amount of water according to the quantity. - 0. 2 kg - 0. 4 kg : 2 tablespoons of water - 0. 5 kg - 0. 8 kg : 4 tablespoons of water 3. Place rice/pasta and boiling water add 1/4 to 1 teaspoon of salt in a deep and large bowl. Cover the rice/pasta and stand for 5 minutes. Notes: Rice: Add 300 ml of boiling water per 100 g white rice. Pasta: Add 400 ml of boiling water per 100 g pasta. Stir at least twice during cooking to prevent sticking.

Auto defrost
The temperature and density of food varies. It is recommend that the food is checked before cooking commences. Pay particular attention to large joints of meat and chicken, some foods should not be completely defrosted before cooking. For example fish cooks so quickly that it is sometimes better to begin cooking while still slightly frozen.
