OPERATION
SETTING DUAL CONVECTION BAKE
(See page 20 for auto convert instructions) To set the oven for Convection Bake and temperature to 375°F: 1. CONV BAKE will flash and 350°F will appear in the display. The display will show CONV BAKE and the converted temperature starting at 100°F. Preheat Alarm melody will sound when the adjusted oven temperature (for this example it is 350°F) is reached and the display will show auto-converted oven temperature 350°F, CONV BAKE and the fan icon. Touch CLEAR/OFF to cancel Convection Bake at any time.
Benefits of Dual Convection Bake :
1. Some foods cook up to 40% faster, saving preheating time. Foods with Dual Convection Bake cook more evenly compared to Non Convection. No special pans or bakeware needed.

The CONV. BAKE pad controls the Dual Convection Bake feature. Use the Dual Convection Bake feature when cooking speed is desired. The oven can be programmed for Dual Convection Bake at any temperature between 300°F (150°C) to 550°F (285°C). Dual Convection baking uses two fans to circulate the oven's heat evenly and continuously within the oven. This improved heat distribution allows for even cooking and excellent results using multiple racks at the same time. Foods cooked on a single oven rack will generally cook faster and more evenly with Dual Convection Bake. Multiple oven rack cooking may slightly increase cook times for some foods, but the overall result is time saved. Breads and pastries brown more evenly.
Tips for Convection Bake
· Time reductions will vary depending on the amount and type of food to be cooked. [. . . ] A replacement glass cooktop if it should crack due to thermal shock and crack at the rubber seal between the glass cooktop and the porcelain edge. A replacement radiant surface unit if it should burn out. During this limited additional three-year warranty, you will be responsible for any labor or in-home service.
