How to Use this User Guide This User Guide has been designed to make understanding networking with the PrintServer easier than ever. [. . . ] The next screen to appear is Choose Destination Location, as shown in Figure 8-3. You will be requested to choose the location of where the Bi-Admin folder will be installed. If you want the folder to be installed in a different location, click the Browse button and select the location. To install the Bi-Admin folder in the default location, click Next to continue. Click Back to return to the previous screen. Click Cancel to end the Bi-Admin installation. The next screen to appear is Select Program Folder, shown in Figure 8-4. An icon will be added to the program folder listed. You may change the name for the program folder, if you wish. Click Back to return to the previous screen. Click Cancel to end the Bi-Admin installation. When the Bi-Admin is installed, the Setup Complete screen, Figure 8-5, will appear. To start the Bi-Admin program, click on Start, Programs, Print Server Utility, and then Bi-Admin Management Utility, as shown in Figure 8-6. If the Bi-Admin Management Utility icon has been created, you can just double-click on it instead. You can drag the shortcut icon onto your Desktop for easy access to the Bi-Admin Management Utility. When the Bi-Admin Management Utility appears, it will ask for the Connected Protocol. (See Figure 8-7. ) Make sure the box next to TCP/IP is checked. Then the Bi-Admin Management Utility will automatically scan the network for the USB PrintServer.
