[. . . ] 5) Ensure all hardware is secure and mount the assembly to your workstation using the macro slots of the columns. 6 Nexus column Arlink 8000 column Accessory Cabinet Assembly -- AS80030 1) Position the mounting brackets on the rear of the accessory cabinet as shown. 2) Install the brackets using the 1/4"-20 x 1/2" socket head cap screws and washers provided. 3) Mount the assembly into the inner micro slots of the columns ensuring the hooks are properly engaged by pushing down on the assembly. 4) Install the wire security clips through the appropriate mounting hole in the mounting brackets. 7 Pegboard and Louvered Panel Assembly -- AS80027 1) Fasten the four support brackets to the corners of the panel using the four 5/16"-18 x 5/8 cap screws and hex nuts provided. 2) Inset tabs of the stiffener into the rear slots of the panel. 3) Insert hooks of the support brackets into the inner micro slots of the column at the desired height. 8 Marker/Tack Panel Assembly -- AS80037 1) 2) 3) 4) Mount the bottom two support brackets into the inner micro slots of the columns. Center the panel between these two bracket and mark the mounting locations. Using the self drilling screws provided mount the brackets to the panel. Repeat steps 1-3 for the top brackets. 9 Pullout Keyboard Holder Assembly -- AS80004 1) Position keyboard slides so that the mounting tabs are towards the front of the keyboard tray. 2) Mount the keyboard tray to the slides using the #6-3/8" self tapping screws. 3) Mount the four height adjustable brackets to the slides at the desired height using the M4 x 6 machine screws provided. 4) Position the keyboard holder assembly under the worksurface, between the load beams, and as close to the front of the worksurface as possible. 5) Using the #10 x 3/4" wood screws mount the assembly to the worksurface. 10 Swivel Keyboard Holder Assembly -- AS80007 1) Mount the keyboard tray to the swivel mechanism using the six #10-24 x 1/2" machine screws and washers. 2) Mount the mechanism and tray assembly to the worksurface using the #10 x 1" wood screws. In order to access some of the mounting positions you will need to move the mechanism back and forth on the slide. 11 Universal Bracket Assembly -- AS80003 8423 Heavy Duty Universal Bracket 1) Position the bracket at the desired height on either the inside or outside of the column. 2) Mount the bracket using the three 1/4"-20 x 1 3/8" hex bolts, washers and lock nuts provided. 8420 Standard Universal Bracket 1) At the desired height mount the double hooked bracket over both the front and rear embosses of the columns. 2) Insert pin to prevent the bracket from becoming dislodged. 12 Monitor Shelf with Keyboard Holder & Mouse Tray Assembly -- AS80018 1) Mount the accessory pin and steel washer to the monitor shelf. 2) Mount the assembly and the plastic washer to the swing arm. 3) The swing arm then mounts to either the 8420 or 8423 universal brackets using the pin supplied. 4) Insert the ends of the mouse tray through both sets of holes in the monitor shelf. 5) Insert the two retainer pins. 13 Accessory Shelf Assembly -- AS80029 1) Mount the accessory pin and steel washer to the accessory shelf.
