While the thermometer is OFF, press and hold the on/off button for approx. The last temperature measured will be displayed along with the letter "M" under the degree (º) sign for approx. 3 seconds.

Clean the thermometer by washing with soap and warm water or rubbing alcohol. Do not use thinners or chemical solvents to clean. Do not boil or clean the probe in the dishwasher, this will cause the unit to malfunction and will void the warranty.
