To tighten the 63mm bolts you will need to use the ball shaped end of the allen key at an angle as shown. NOTE: Please ensure that the cross pattern of the side rail insert (D) is visible before attempting to secure the head/foot ends(1). C d G step 4 Insert the smooth ends of the bed base brackets (E) into the holes on the cot sides (2). IMPORTANT - The bottom base position is the safest. You should use this position as soon as your baby is old enough to sit up. e -4- 3 step 5 Lower the bed base (3) into the cot frame ensuring that the bed base brackets (E) align with the holes in each corner of the bed base. Secure the bed base to the cot frame using four 18mm insert nuts (F) and the appropriate allen key (G). G F The cot is now fully assembled.
