[. . . ] The CS265P is fitted with an IEC 320 mains receptacle with integral fuse holder. The 2 metre mains lead supplied is fitted with a 3-pin mains plug to UK BS1363. Should this mains plug be removed and another plug substituted, the cable must be rewired as follows: GREEN/YELLOW BROWN BLUE - EARTH - LIVE - NEUTRAL WARNING: The CS265P must always be operated with the mains safety earth connected Fuse rating for 220-240V version 2 amp type T(L) Fuse rating for 100-120V version 4 amp type T(L) Voltage tolerance on each version -5% +10% This equipment must be earthed. ! 5 CAUTION RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK DO NOT OPEN DO NOT EXPOSE TO RAIN OR MOISTURE It should not be necessary to remove any protective earth or signal cable shield connections. INSTALLATION The CS265P may be mounted in any orientation provided that there is adequate airflow around the power module to assist cooling. It should not be mounted in an environment where the ambient temperature can exceed 40 degrees C. This will result in thermal shutdown of the power amplifier module. Operation will be automatically resumed once the temperature has returned to a safe level. 3 Martin Audio ­ CS265P ENGLISH CONTENTS < 6 > PRINT GUIDES SIGNAL CONNECTIONS The CS265P is provided with two differential balanced inputs wired as follows: Pin 1 Pin 2 Pin 3 Selectable Ground Lift/Ground/Open Circuit (See note below) Hot (+) Cold (-) Important Note: The CS265P is supplied from the factory with pin 1 in the Ground Lift position, with a 47R resistor between Signal 0V and Ground. Links on the printed circuit board can be changed to link Signal 0V direct to ground or removed completely (open circuit). WARNING: The unit must be disconnected from the mains supply before attempting these changes.
