You can have time displayed as 24-hour or 12-hour. `AM' will be displayed behind the time in the morning if you have the time displayed as 12-hour. Select the `Enable' setting to display the date. Select the `Off' setting to not display the date. Proceed as follows to display the time: Select the "Date & Time" menu. Mark the "Clock Display" sub-menu. Select the `Enable' setting to display the time. Select the `Off' setting to not display the time. The setting will be taken over. 34 Fixing the display characteristics You can adjust the following display characteristics to your requirements: Brightness Contrast Colour Select the "Display" sub-menu. The sub-menu will be opened. Setting the image brightness Select the `Brightness' menu point. Press the OK button. The current setting will be displayed as a bar below on the screen. This bar will be sub-divided into 15 stages. The stage set will be displayed at the right of the bar. The higher the stage set, the brighter the screen will be. Press the RIGHT navigation button until the required value is displayed, to increase the brightness. Press the LEFT navigation button until the required value is displayed, to reduce the brightness.
