Datebook Assigning More Options To assign more options before storing an event: 1 If you have created a reminder for the event and want to set the ring tone for that reminder: Select Ring Tone. Select the ring tone you want from the ring tones stored in your phone. 2 If you want to assign a profile that your phone is switched to while the event is occurring: Select Profile. Select the profile you want from the profiles stored in your phone. If you store numbers in both the Subject and Location fields, you can call or send a call alert to the number stored in Subject and the number stored in Location as long as the number stored in Subject is a Private or Talkgroup number and the number stored in Location is a phone number. If both are the same type of number, the number in Subject is called or sent a call alert. To call or send a call alert to the number stored in Location, you must delete the number stored in Subject. 103 Datebook Making Calls From Datebook To make a phone call: 1 Highlight or select the event containing the number you want to call.
