Open a new text message with the number in the To field. Record and send a voice message to the number. Attach a number from the phonebook or recent calls lists. Talk and then send a fax in the same call (see Talk then Fax on page 56). Select all, dialed, received, or missed calls. See how much time you have spent on data transfers. See how much data you have transferred. Redial If you hear a busy signal, and you see Call Failed, you can press Send or Retry to redial the number. When the call goes through, your phone rings one time, shows Redial Successful, and connects the call. Return a Call Your phone keeps a record of your unanswered calls, and shows X Missed Calls, where X is the number of missed calls. Press View to see the received calls list. Scroll to the call you want to return, then press Send. 46 ­ Calls Caller ID Calling line identification (caller ID) shows the phone number of an incoming call on your display. Your phone shows the caller's name and picture when they are stored in your phonebook, or Incoming Call when caller ID information is not available. You can set your phone to play a different ringer ID for an entry stored in your phonebook (see Set Ringer ID for a Phonebook Entry on page 52). To show or hide your phone number from the next person you call, enter the phone number and press Options > Hide ID/Show ID. Advanced Calling To use voice commands for calling, see Voice Activation Services on page 10. Attach a Phone Number Dial an area code or prefix for a phonebook number, then press Options > Attach Number.
