NOTE: If using a cleaning solution please follow the package instructions. Place an empty paper filter or permanent filter into the brew basket and slide the brew basket into place. Ensure the coffee chamber is assembled and inserted to the bottom of the coffeemaker. Press the brew button and allow three cups to brew and shut off the unit. Turn the coffeemaker back on and allow the remainder of the cleaning solution to finish. Discard the cleaning solution and rinse the coffee chamber with clean water.
