This will clean the inside of your coffeemaker. When the brew cycle is finished, turn your coffeemaker off. Discard the water in the decanter and rinse the decanter, lid and black basket. RemovaMe Black F~ltec 6 SUGGESTED COFFEE MEASUREMENT CHART For best results, use level tablespoons (tbls. ) or level coffee scoops of drip grind or grind recommended for automatic drip coffeemakers. (1 cup equals 5 ounces. ) To brew 4 cups of coffee, fill the decanter to the bottom of the silver band. For easy and accurate filling, cup markings can also be found inside the reservoir. Place the empty decanter onto the warmer plate. Plug the cord into the electrical outlet and turn the on/off switch ON. When coffee stops flowing, the brewing cycle is complete. [. . . ] Watch the cup markings as the vinegar flows into the decanter. When three cups have flowed through, turn the coffeemaker off and let stand for l/2 hour. Place the empty decanter on the warmer plate. Turn the coffeemaker on and let all of the vinegar flow through. [. . . ]
