Place the PTO in the disengaged (OFF) position, stop the tractor engine and set the parking brake. MOUNTING THE BRACKET ASSEMBLY & TOOL BOX 1. Pivot the seat of the tractor seat forward. Disconnect the battery and remove the battery and battery tray as instructed in your tractor’s Operator’s Manual. Attach the shoulder bolt, bell washer and hex flange nut to the left side of hitch plate as show in Figure 2. Repeat on the right side of the hitch plate. NOTE: Your tractor may already be equipped with the shoulder bolts installed at the factory. 4. Position the hooked ends of the bracket assembly to the outside of the hitch plate and over the shoulder bolts.
