A NOTE is used to convey additional information, to highlight a particular explanation, or expand a step description. A WARNING or CAUTION identifies a procedure which, if not undertaken or if improperly done, can result in serious personal injury or damage to the unit and/or both. The (WARRANTY SYMBOL) serves notice that unless instructions or procedures are followed, any damage caused will void the warranty and repairs will be at owner’s expense. Always inspect the area before starting the appliance to remove debris and hard or sharp objects that can be blown or cause damage during operation. Be sure the switch is in the “OFF” position while connecting and disconnecting to a power supply. Do not carry plugged-in appliance with finger on the switch. Do not plug anything into openings or blower tubes. Never use the appliance for spreading chemicals, fertilizer, or any other substances that may contain toxic materials. Keep hair, face, fingers and loose clothing away from any openings. Do not use in the presence of flammable liquids or gases, smoking or burning materials to avoid creating a fire or explosion. Do not use in unventilated areas or where dust or explosive vapors can build up. Disconnect electrical supply before opening inlet cover or installing pick up tubes. Never operate unit without inlet cover G secured or pick-up tubes in place.
