PROJECTING AN IMAGE (BASIC OPERATION) Turning off the Projector To turn off the projector: First, press the ON/STAND BY button on the projector cabinet or the POWER OFF button on the remote control. MENU Second, press the ENTER button or press the ON/STAND BY or the POWER OFF button again. After the projector turns off, the cooling fans keep operating for 60 seconds (Cooling-off time). Immediately after turning on the projector and displaying an image, you cannot turn off the projector for 60 seconds. Doing so can cause damage to the projector: · While the projector is turned on. · While the cooling fans are running. (The cooling fans continue to work for 60 seconds after the projector is turned off). E-27 3. PROJECTING AN IMAGE (BASIC OPERATION) After Use Preparation: Make sure that the projector's main power is off. Retract adjustable tilt foot if extended. Put the projector and its accessories in the supplied soft case. E-28 4. CONVENIENT FEATURES Turning Off the Image and Sound Press the PIC-MUTE button to turn off the image and sound for a short period of time. Press again to restore the image and sound.
