The Powerboost function can be used to heat large amounts of water more quickly than the power level Š. Restrictions when using
This function is available on all hotplates, provided that no other zone in the same group is working (see diagram). Otherwise, the ˜ and Š symbols will flash on the selected hotplate display; then the power level Š will be automatically set. On hotplate 1, the Powerboost function can be activated at any time. The Powerboost function will have been activated. The ˜ indicator will no longer be displayed and the hotplate will return to power level Š. The Powerboost function will have been deactivated. Note: In certain circumstances, the Powerboost function may turn off automatically in order to protect the electronic components inside the hob. Time programming function
