This section tells you how to make an impression with the annotation tools. Adding text 1. Select the Text tool option from the Tool menu or click the Text tool icon, , on the Command Tool bar. From the Character menu, select the Font option in order to change the font size, style and type. The Font dialog box will appear from which you should make your selections. Click with the hand shaped cursor on the image area. Use the selector tool to re-position your text on the image. 6. 20 Filling Out Forms with Presto!Forms Highlighting part of an image 1. Select the Highlight tool option from the Tool menu or click the Highlight tool icon 2. on the command tool bar. Drag the Highlighter diagonally across the portion of the image that you want to highlight. If necessary, use the Selector tool to move the highlighted rectangle. 3. Scribbling 1. Select the Freehand Tool option from the Tool menu or click the Freehand tool icon on the command tool bar. Simply draw with the freehand cursor on the image area as you would with a pencil. If necessary, use the selector to move the finished drawing. 2. 3. Drawing lines 1. Select the Line Tool option from the Tool menu or click the Line tool icon on the Command Tool bar. A cross-hair cursor will appear on the image area and the line attribute tools will appear on the Command Tool bar. Make selections from the attributes tools on the Command Tool bar. Drag the crosshair cursor to the desired length and release it to form the line. 2. 3. A line will appear with the specified line attributes.
