Name Response Options
Your name response is a recording of your name only, without a greeting. It serves as the identification tag for your mailbox. When you send, reply to, or copy a message, your name response will precede your message. Your name response will also play as a confirmation when someone else is sending you a message or adding your mailbox number to that person's Group List. Message Forwarding
This feature allows you to program your phone to automatically forward incoming Voice Mail messages to another mailbox. Message Forwarding ensures your messages get attention when you are not available. To use Message Forwarding you must: · Program a forwarding address into your mailbox. · Select a type of message forwarding. There are two types of message forwarding: · Immediate Forwarding -- The caller is notified that the message being left will be forwarded. · Silent Forwarding -- The caller hears your personal greeting and is not notified that the message is being forwarded.

Caller Options
Your callers have several options when calling you. You can let them know about these options by recording any of the following on your greeting. Also, avoid applying liquids directly on the radio product.
Antenna Considerations
Use only the supplied or an approved antenna. Unauthorized antennas, modifications, or attachments could impair call quality, damage the radio product, or result in violation of local agency regulations.
