 [. . . ] Keep watch batteries away from children.  [. . . ] Battery Replacement: Follow steps below to replace your watch battery. For best results,  you can have Nike's authorized service center change the watch battery. Using a coin,  unscrew the battery hatch by turning it counterclockwise. Replace old battery with CR2025 3V lithium battery. Replace the battery hatch with care not to damage the rubber "O" ring. 

HRM Transmitter
Battery Type: CR2032 3V Lithium Battery Replacement: Follow steps below to replace your HRM transmitter battery. 

Using a coin,  unscrew the battery hatch by turning it counter-clockwise. 

Replace old battery with CR2032 3V lithium battery. Do not touch the two contacts. 

Replace the battery hatch. 

SDM Pod
Battery Type: AAA Alkaline battery Battery Replacement: Follow steps below to replace your SDM pod battery.  [. . . ] Replace the battery hatch with care not to damage the rubber "O" ring.  [. . . ]
