In DATE mode, you can set MONTH, DA and YEAR. Y
In CHRONOGRAPH mode you can record total time during a run or workout.
When Chronograph and/or Timer is running, their respective icons will remain flashing while the watch is in other modes.
START Run
The chronograph will record 1/100ths of a second for the first hour
After 1 hour, the resolution switches to 1 second for up to 100 hours
STOP Run
CLEAR Run Chronograph mode will stop at 24 hours (23:59:59)
In INTERVAL mode, you can set two repeat countdown segments from 0:00'00 to 23:59'59 for customized interval training.
RESET Run Set the seconds, minutes and hours for both/either segment.
