Note: Be sure to walk around, and allow the shoe sensor to send a signal to your SportBand. Tocancelyourrunatthisstage, press-&hold the record button for 3 seconds. This will end the workout and exit recording mode. Tostartrecordingyourrun, simplypress the Record button (on the top, fig. 23). PresstheTogglebutton (ontheside)toseeagainareviewofyour LAST run (the loop will play twice then stop atyourdistance). PressToggleagaintosee your weekly miles or kilometers (Sunday at 12:00amtoSaturdayat11:59pm). Pushthe Toggle button one more time to see the total miles recorded on your SportBand.
