When inserting the MS-D100 holder into the MB-D100, first use the holder to hold the right- side clip in the open position as shown in the illustration, then insert the holder into the battery pack. The voice memo record/playback button (item 10 in Figure 1) is used for both recording and playback. The function performed depends on whether a recording already exists for the photograph displayed in the monitor (or, if no photographs are displayed in the monitor, whether a recording exists for the most recent photograph).
