The MH-21 AC BATTERY CHARGER (SUPPORTS D2H, D2HS, D2X) plugs into your vehicle's cigarette lighter (12 or 24 volt) and is used to recharge Nikon EN-EL1 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. [. . . ] Before use, read the warnings and other information in this manual and in the documentation for your Nikon EN-EL1 rechargeable battery. 1 Fully insert the battery charger into the included slide lock attachment as shown in Figure 2-a. To ensure proper operation, read this manual thoroughly before using this product. After reading, be sure to keep it where it can be seen by all those who use the product. 2 With the vehicle engine running, insert the plug into the cigarette-lighter socket (Figure 2-b). The Nikon MH-21 AC BATTERY CHARGER (SUPPORTS D2H, D2HS, D2X) can be used to recharge Nikon EN-EL1 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries only. Do not attempt to recharge any other batteries with the MH-21 AC BATTERY CHARGER (SUPPORTS D2H, D2HS, D2X). Should the fuse break immediately after replacement, request repairs from your retailer or Nikon Service Bureau. If you attempt to recharge the battery while the internal temperature is elevated, the battery will not charge or will charge only partially. The battery may also not function properly.
