SWITCH ON SAFELY Do not switch the device on when wireless phone use is prohibited or when it may cause interference or danger. [. . . ] Create backup -- Create a backup of selected data. Packet data connection General packet radio service (GPRS) is a network service that allows mobile devices to send and receive data over an internet protocol (IP) based network. Select Menu > Settings and Connectivity > Packet data > Packet data conn. . Select from following: When needed -- Establish the packet data connection only when an application needs it. The connection is closed when the application is closed. Always online -- Automatically connect to a packet data network when you switch the device on. Image and video Take pictures or video clips, and manage, edit and view them on your device. 38 Image and video Capture images Activate the camera Select Menu > Applications > Camera; or, if in video mode, scroll left or right. Zoom in or out In image mode, scroll up and down, or use the volume keys. Activate the camera flash To set the device to use the flash automatically if the lighting conditions require it, select Options > Flash > Automatic. To set the device to always use the flash, select Flash on. Keep a safe distance when using the flash. Do not use the flash on people or animals at close range. Do not cover the flash while taking a picture. Display images after capture Select Options > Settings > Photo preview time and the preview time. End the image preview manually Select Back. Your device supports an image capture resolution of up to 1536x2048 pixels. Record video clips Activate video mode Select Menu > Applications and Video camera, or, if in image mode, scroll left or right. Pause or resume recording Select Pause or Continue.
