Recording a voice tag
Press or in standby mode, scroll to the desired name, and press Details. Press Start and clearly say the word(s) you want to record as the voice tag.
Making a call using a voice tag
Press and hold the right selection key ( ) or the voice key in standby mode until you hear a short tone. Say the voice tag clearly while holding the phone in the normal position near to your ear. The phone plays the voice tag and dials the related phone number. If no match for the voice tag is found or recognised, press Yes to say the voice tag again, or press Exit or to return to standby mode. If you use a compatible headset, such as HDB-4 or HDW-2, press and hold the headset button until you hear a short tone and say the voice tag clearly.

Playing, changing or deleting a voice tag
Press Menu in standby mode and select Contacts and Voice tags. Select the desired name or phone number and the function you want.
Sending and receiving a business card
You can send or receive a person's contact information as a business card. Sending a business card You can send a business card to a compatible phone or other device which supports the vCard standard. Press or in standby mode, scroll to the desired name, and press Details. To send the business card via infrared, make sure that the other phone or the compatible device is set up to receive data via its infrared port and select Via infrared. To send the business card as an Over The Air (OTA) message (network service), select Via text message. To send the business card via Bluetooth connection to a compatible device, make sure that the device is within the Bluetooth operating range and select Via Bluetooth. If the business card contains text items or several numbers, select whether you only want to send the default number (Default number) or all the numbers and text items added to the name (All details).

If you selected Via Bluetooth in step 2, select the device to which you want to send the business card. Receiving a business card To receive a business card via infrared from a compatible device, activate the infrared port of your phone, see page 132. The user of the other device can now send the business card via infrared. When you receive a business card, press Show to view it. Press Save to save the business card in your phone, or press Exit and then Yes to discard the business card.
Speed dials
You can set the keys to to work as speed dialling keys. To make a call using speed dialling, see page 38. Assigning a phone number to a speed dialling key Press Menu in standby mode and select Contacts and Speed dials. Scroll to the desired key and press Assign.
