SWITCH OFF IN RESTRICTED AREAS Switch the device off when mobile phone use is not allowed or when it may cause interference or danger, for example, in aircraft, near medical equipment, fuel, chemicals, or blasting areas. Select an accessory and an option, depending on the accessory. 24 Applications Configuration You can configure your device with settings that are required for certain services. Your service provider may also send you these settings. Select Menu > Settings and Configuration. Select from the following: Default conf. -- View the service providers saved in the device, and set a default service provider. -- Activate the default configuration settings for supported applications. Preferred access point -- View the saved access points. Personal configu- ration settings -- Add new personal accounts for various services, and activate or delete them. To add a new personal account, select Add new or Options > Add new. Select the service type, and enter the required information.
