[. . . ] ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS · · Disconnect shore-power connections when the system is not in use. Connect metallic housings or enclosures of installed electrical appliances to the protective conductor system in the craft (green or white with a yellow stripe conductor). AT THE PORT If the engine did not start during the first 20 or 30 seconds, turn the key back into off position and wait one minute before trying it again and consult your owner's manual or dealer. After starting you should maneuver your boat only with low speed in the port, remembering that a motorboat has no brakes.
