Transferring Data with a SmartMedia Reader/ Writer You can transfer picture data from the card directly into a computer equipped with a USB port by using a SmartMedia reader/writer. The SmartMedia Reader/Writer can only be used on computers with Windows 98/2000 professional or Mac OS 8.
