Note · The date and time settings will be returned to the factory default settings if the camera is left without the battery for approximately 1 day. The settings will be canceled more quickly if the battery was only loaded in the camera for a short time before being removed. Before taking important pictures, check that the date and time settings are correct. · If the date and time setting is canceled, a warning is displayed on the monitor the next time the camera is turned on. g"Error codes" (P. 125) 91 8 Printing pictures 8 Printing pictures You can print out the pictures you have taken either at a photo shop or at home on your own printer. If you go to a photo shop, it is a good idea to store the print reservation data on the card first. This lets you select the pictures you want to print and decide how many prints you want. If you print the pictures at home, you can either connect the camera directly to the printer or you can connect the camera to a computer, download the pictures, and print from the computer. Printing at the store Select the pictures you want to print at the store Use the camera to select the pictures you want to print Print reservation DirectPrint Printing at home 92 Direct printing (PictBridge) Using the direct printing function By connecting the camera to a PictBridge-compatible printer with the USB cable, you can print out recorded pictures directly. With the camera connected to the printer, select the pictures you want to print and the number of prints on the camera's monitor.
