[. . . ] If you want the humidifier to only spray in one direction, switch off the rotation switch. If you want to spray over a full 360º area simply switch on this switch. When there is no water left, the safety system will automatically switch off the spraying circuit and the unit will stop spraying. If you want to continue to use the unit, you must switch it off and fill up the tank with water. [. . . ] Take care with the positioning of the humidifier so as to ensure it operates properly and to avoid unnecessary accidents. Do not remove the plug with damp or wet hands. Do not touch any component in the base when the unit is switched on. Any modification or repair to the humidifier carried out by the user could cause discomfort or physical harm to other users. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or his authorised technical service agent or by a qualified technician, so as to avoid any danger. This product must not be used by children or by others without assistance or supervision if their physical, sensory or mental state prevents them from using it safely. Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance. Ultrasound effect in the Humidifier: Once the appliance is switched on and working, the vaporiser vibrates at a very high frequency. This enables the ultrasound to be created, due to the mechanical energy produced. The vaporiser converts water to vapour, which is sprayed into the room and in so doing increases the ambient humidity. Maintenance and cleaning Before cleaning the appliance, be sure to switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply. In some areas the water tends to be hard, with high levels of calcium and magnesium ions, while in other areas water purifying agents are used such as calcium chloride. Consequently, when using the humidifier some calcium and magnesium ions may be sprayed together with the water vapour and will be dispersed over surfaces, forming a type of "white dust". some ions will be deposited on the surface of the transducer and the water tray and will form scale due to the impurity of the water. This scaling will affect the correct operation of the humidifier. It is therefore recommended that you use distilled water. To clean the water tank (once every two weeks): remove the cover from the water tank, clean the inside with a soft cloth and scrub it with pure water. To clean the water tray (once a week): clean the tray with a soft cloth or brush and then scrub it with pure water. Do not leave water in the tank or in the water tray when the humidifier is not in use for a long period. Clean and dry all the parts of the humidifier and then put them in the original packaging to store them. [. . . ] Replace the dirty water with clean water. The power light is on and the appliance is not giving out any air or water vapour. The water in the tank is not circulating through the appliance.
