Select the required toasting level by using the browning control (6), taking into account the moistness and thickness of the bread. for the best results ensure that the bread is of equal thickness , freshness and size. Remember that dry bread will toast more quickly than moist bread and that thin bread toasts more quickly than thick bread. Put the bread in the slot and push the lever (7) down until it stops in position. After the selected level of toasting has been reached, the lever will spring up automatically, extracting the bread from the slot and disconnecting the heating elements. If the bread has become blocked in the toaster, unplug it from the power supply and wait until it has cooled down before unjamming the bread. When not using the toaster, switch it off by disconnecting it from the power supply. Do not roll the power cord around the toaster during or after use.
