Remember to set your Recorder timer to match the required event. If your Recorder supports External Link recording control, the DCB will automatically control the Recorder Recording. Please refer to your Recorder Manual to confirm if your Recorder is compatible with this system.

Timer Programming Menu
Daily and Weekly Recordings
While in the Date field of the Timer Menu, you can select various options to determine how often a recording should be made. Press the up/down cursor keys repeatedly to access the following options. Daily Mon-Sun The recording device will record at the same time every day. Daily Fri-Sun The recording device will record at the same time each day from Friday to Sunday. Daily Mo-Fr The recording device will record at the same time each day from Monday to Friday. Weekly Sa, Su, Mo, Tu, We, Th, or Fr The recording device will record at the same time on the same day each week.
Deleting a Timer Menu Event
If you wish to delete a Timer Menu Event. Press the Timer Rec key to enter the Timer Menu. Select the event to be deleted and press the Red key (Delete). An on screen message will ask you to confirm the deletion. (It is recommended to use this connection to connect to your TV). AV2 Output Allows the user to select the type of output signal through the AV2 SCART, select between Video or S-Video. To access and confirm signal quality press the right cursor key. Using the channel up/down keys will allow you to confirm signal for all channels. To return to the Installation Menu press the MENU key
Auto Setup
Press the right cursor key to access menu. The DCB will now search for all available channels, sort them and store them ready for use. You may find that you will locate some channels, which, from time to time will preview future programming.
Find New Services
This feature allows the user to rescan for any new channels that are being broadcast and add them to the channel line up. Any new channels found will be automatically sorted and stored. Software Update From time to time new versions of software will become available. To manually check if a new software version is available, access the Software Update menu using the right cursor key. The DCB will search for new versions of software and indicate whether a newer version is available or not.
