TO SET TEMPERATURE Ma xim dis Remote control display · For heat, cool and dry modes, the range of temperature for selection is 16°C ~ 30°C. · Operating the unit within the recommended temperature could induce energy saving. DRY mode : 1°C ~ 2°C lower than room temperature. TO SELECT OPERATION MODE AUTO mode - For your convenience · Unit selects the operation mode according to the room temperature. · Once auto mode is selected, the unit will operate at the standard setting temperature. · To change the standard setting temperature, press for "HI" or for "LO". Room temperature 23°C & above Below 23°C Below 20°C Operation mode Cool Dry Heat Standard setting temperature 25°C 22°C 21°C HI LO (+2°C) (-2°C) 27°C 23°C 24°C 20°C 23°C 19°C 4 HEAT mode - To enjoy warm air · In heat mode, it takes a while for the unit to warm up. The power indicator blinks during this operation. COOL mode - To enjoy cool air DRY mode - To dehumidify the environment · Unit operates at low fan speed to give a gentle cooling operation. · To turn ON or OFF the unit at a preset time. · For AUTO, the indoor fan speed is automatically adjusted according to the operation mode. TO ADJUST AIRFLOW DIRECTION (5 OPTIONS) Select ON or OFF timer. or then · To cancel ON or OFF timer, press press · Keeps the room ventilated. · If AUTO is set, the louvers swing left/right and up/down automatically. · In heat mode, the air blows horizontally for a while, then starts to blow downwards and the airflow louver start to swing left/right after the temperature rises. TO ENJOY CLEAN & FRESH AIR · Generates negative ions to produce fresh air effect and attract dust which will then be captured at the positively charged e-ion filters. TO MONITOR AIR QUALITY · Patrol sensor detects air quality. Indicator Air Quality Blue Clean · When air quality is at dirty level, e-ion operation will start Orange Moderate automatically. Red Dirty TO ENJOY QUIET ENVIRONMENT · This operation reduces airflow noise. TO ACHIEVE TEMPERATURE QUICKLY · This operation will stop automatically after 15 minutes. . · When ON Timer is set, the unit may start earlier (up to 30 minutes) before the actual set time in order to achieve the desired temperature on time. · Timer operation is based on the clock set in the remote control and repeats daily once set. For clock setting, please refer to Remote Control Preparation at back cover.
