Note · By fully spreading the left and right document guides, you can reestablish their original center position. 38 Operating Manual Operation Using Control Sheets By using control sheets, you can change the scanning conditions in the middle of scanning. Placing a control sheet in the middle of a document lets you change the scanning conditions for all pages scanned after the control sheet. Control sheets are located on the included CD-ROM. When printing the control sheet, make sure that the pattern is 25 mm (1 in. ) from the top of the page and centered horizontally.
