The fax machine will then be activated by the caller's request and will receive the document. Note: q Every time the fax machine receives a document, a silent pause or fax tone may be recorded on the answering machine. Receiving a voice message and fax document in one call The caller can leave a voice message and send a fax document during the same call. Inform the caller of the following procedure beforehand.
