RESET HS
*1 If you select a melody for the external ringer tone, the ringer continues to sound until the melody finishes even when another person answers the call using another phone connected to the same line. If you want the handsets to stop ringing at the same time, select ringer tone number 1. *2 Auto talk feature allows you to answer calls simply by lifting the handset off the base unit or charger. If you subscribe to a Caller ID service and want to view the caller's information after lifting up the handset to answer a call, turn off this feature.
Alarm
An alarm sounds at the set time for 3 minutes. Important: L Set the date and time beforehand (page 10).

Changing the handset PIN
For security, the handset PIN must be entered when changing certain settings. If you change the PIN, please write down your new PIN as the unit will not reveal it to you again.
Call bar
Call bar feature prohibits outside calls from being made. When call bar is turned on, only emergency calls can be made. To store emergency numbers, see page 16.
