Defrosting Foods Using Defrost Power & Time
The times given below are a guideline only. Always check the progress of the food by opening the oven door and then re-starting. For larger quantities adjust times accordingly. Food should not be covered during defrosting. (1lb) General Bread Sliced 400g (14oz) Slice of bread 30g. Separate and rearrange during defrosting. Reheat Pasta Meal (300-1500g) This program is for reheating a pasta style convenience meal that can be stirred. Foods must be in a suitable single section microwaveable container and have the film pierced. Place on turntable, press the Auto Reheat pad three times. Important Note: for Auto Weight reheat programs curry/chinese meal and pasta meals. It is assumed that the starting temperature of the meals is fridge temperature, 5°C. Large pieces of fish / meat in a thin sauce, may require longer cooking. These programs are not suitable for foods that cannot be stirred. Meals in bowl shaped containers may need extra cooking time.
Auto Weight Cook Programs
1. Cook Fresh Vegetables (200-800g) To cook FRESH vegetables. Place prepared vegetables into a shallow container on turntable. Add 15 ml (1tbsp) water per 100g vegetables.
