Residual beads of moisture turning into steam can mislead the sensor. Cover food with lid, or with vented plastic wrap. [. . . ] Plug another appliance into the outlet to check if it is working. The Glass Tray is not positioned properly on the Roller Ring or there is food under the Roller Ring. Clean these parts according to Care and Cleaning of your Microwave Oven (see page 24).
