Zoom: Expands all images to fill the screen. If your television has a similar feature, use it instead for a better effect. Marker Advanced Disc Review 4:3 Aspect Picture Menu Normal Cinema1: Mellows images and enhances detail in dark scenes. A message screen will be shown if a DVD-Video exceeding the ratings level is inserted in the unit. Frame: Overall quality is high, but the picture may appear blurred. PAL60: When connected to a PAL television. NTSC: When connected to an NTSC television. NTSC Disc Output Choose PAL 60 or NTSC output when playing NTSC discs ( page 9, Video systems) Picture/Video Output Change the video signal format to be output for JPEG, MPEG4 and DivX video if picture output is not smooth during playback. PAL Automatic NTSC/PAL60: Output will depend on "NTSC Disc Output" setting ( above). "Audio" tab Dynamic Range Compression Off On: Adjusts for clarity even when the volume is low by compressing the range of the lowest sound level and the highest sound level.
