It may not be able to play some CD-R or CD-RW due to the condition of the recording. § Finalizing is a process that enables CD-R/CD-RW players to play audio CD-R and CD-RW. 3 H PUSH OP R Resume function The player stores the track where you stopped play and if you press [1;] (main unit) or [/1] (remote control), play resumes from the beginning of the track. The resume function is canceled (play starts from the first track) if you open the lid when the unit is stop mode. It is also usually canceled when you replace the CD while the unit is off. A recovery system immediately returns the laser pickup to its original position if it is knocked off the track by a strong shock. The 40-second anti-skip memory fills in interruptions caused by bumps and vibrations. The anti-skip system works automatically while the system is on and cannot be canceled.
