Do not exceed the maximum water level indicated inside the inner pot on the scale for congee cooking. You can set any time between 30 minutes and 4 hours. When the cooking process is finished, you will hear a beep. The cook/reheat light goes out and the keep-warm light starts to burn continuously to indicate that the rice cooker has automatically switched to the keep-warm mode.
