Copy the image file in the Removable Disk onto the computer's desktop or into a folder. Note · It is possible to save a maximum of 2 scanned images to the electronic board's removable disk. If a third image file is scanned with the electronic board, the first image file will be deleted. · The scanned image files will be deleted if the USB cable is removed. 22 Moving the Electronic Board 1 2 Make sure that the power switch is set to off ( ), and disconnect the power cord on both ends. · Make sure if there are any other devices connected to the unit. · When the eraser becomes thin, make sure that the corners of the eraser do not strike the screen during erasing as this may damage the screen. Note · Use a neutral kitchen cleaner diluted with water for hard-to-clean stains. (If you accidentally write on the screen with an oil-based marker, wipe with a small amount of ethyl alcohol. ) · Do not use thinner, benzine or cleaners containing abrasives or surfactants, as this may result in discoloration or difficulty of erasing. · Do not wipe the screen film with a dry cloth as this may generate a static charge. Help 29 Daily Care and Maintenance Replacing the Battery for the unit clock When the clock battery has been drained, the time setup screen is displayed each time the unit's power is turned on. Replace the battery as follows and set the current time (see page 26).
