Perform the following steps when removing the USB cable: 1) Right-click the [Safely Remove Hardware] icon in the taskbar notification area in the bottom-right corner of the display. Copy the image file in the Removable Disk onto the computer's desktop or into a folder. Note · It is possible to save a maximum of 2 scanned images to the electronic board's removable disk. If a third image file is scanned with the electronic board, the first image file will be deleted. · The scanned image files will be deleted if the USB cable is removed. 22 Moving the Electronic Board 1 2 Make sure that the power switch is set to off ( ), and disconnect the power cord on both ends. · Make sure if there are any other devices connected to the unit. · When the eraser becomes thin, make sure that the corners of the eraser do not strike the screen during erasing as this may damage the screen.
