Document Viewer Main Window
1. Title Bar Displays the title of the screen and the name of the image file being displayed. Menu Bar Displays the menus of the Document Viewer. Tool Bar Displays tool buttons of the Document Viewer. Tool buttons correspond to functions of the menus in the menu bar. Page List Displays the pages of the documents as thumbnails (reduced image). Size Bar Adjusts the scaling of the display on the image window. Link Icon Dragging and dropping a document on a link icon activates the application corresponding to each icon.
8. Image Window Displays the image and annotations of the pages being selected. Ruler Displays the actual size of an image that is selected. The unit of measurement can be switched by Detailed Settings. . . Note: This format is available for monochrome image files only. When saving a file that is created by application software (i. e. · Print Prints a document. For a document containing two or more pages, pages from-to can be specified for printing.
· Print Setup Specifies the layout, printing size, and printing of annotations for a document to be printed. Horizontal Position and Vertical Position Adjusts the printing position on the sheet.
