If you wish to be prompted for the reduction ratio when making copies, change the setting of Fax Parameter No. 32 (COPY REDUCTION) to "Manual". (See page 37) If Copy Reduction is set to Manual, press and to set the zoom ratio in 1% steps. If making a copy with Super Fine resolution, it will be reduced slightly even if the reduction ratio is set to 100% in order to fit the data on one page. Setting the Polling Password If the polling password does not match with the polled station, your polling request will be refused automatically.
